Our large apartments with a lake view

Annamaria Brotto's family-style management creates an intimate, serene atmosphere even in the 5 apartments with wonderful lake views. It is lovely for us to see our guests moving around the villa and in the gardens as if they were "at their lake house". Some apartments are for two or three guests, others are more spacious and ideal for families; in the largest there is also satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The balconies are romantic as are the gardens where hammocks are hung. The apartments are also embellished with the owner's artwork and simple period furniture restored and painted by Annamaria Brotto.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Gas, electricity, water, private beach, use of swimming pool, telephone, TV with satellite, Wi-Fi in the Hotel, safe, hairdryer, ceiling fans in the rooms, two self-service bars available, one with satellite TV. Cold dishes are available on request. Swimming pool and private beach with deckchairs and umbrellas. Small playground for children, and animals in the gardens to caress. Barbecue grill available and tastings in the cellar.

EXTRAS:

Heating, buffet breakfast in the villa once a week with products from the cellar, extra linen change €5 per person each time, towels €3.50 per person.

A three-room 70 square meter apartment, ideal for 4 people, comprised of a living room with equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with shower. The large windows overlooking the lake provide natural light throughout the day. The apartment is furnished with attention to detail. The charm of antique furniture and the colours chosen by Anna, will offer you a stay with an antique touch in a warm and familiar environment.
Ideal for a romantic holiday surrounded by greenery, our guests' privacy is guaranteed. The highlight of this apartment are the three beautiful furnished terraces with a priceless view of the fortress of Manerba.

Apartment 11 - 80 sqm - LAKE VIEW WITH GARDEN

A three-room 80 square meter apartment, ideal for 4 people, comprised of a large living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with shower.
Ideal for a romantic holiday, here our guests' privacy is guaranteed. There are hand-painted antique beds and the harmonious colours chosen by Anna offer moments of peace and harmony in what was the home of the Villa Schindler caretaker.
The showpiece of this spacious apartment is a beautiful shady gazebo covered with jasmine with a priceless lake view and a garden with comfortable deckchairs, where guests can relax and savour the colours and scents of our garden.

Apartment 14 - 90 sqm - LAKE VIEW WITH TERRACE

A three-room 90 square meter apartment, ideal for 4 people, comprised of a living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Ideal for a romantic holiday, here our guests' privacy is guaranteed. The apartment's kitchen was once the Villa Schindler laundry, the rest was a barn. There are hand-painted beds built by Anna and the harmonious colours she has chosen offer moments of peace and harmony.
The showpiece of this spacious apartment is a beautiful shaded terrace with spectacular views of the rock of Manerba, where guests can relax and savour the colours and scents of our garden.
