The personal data given on this page are processed by Villa Schindler, as they are necessary for the execution of orders and inquiries from customers to carry out the requested activity and in any case in connection with the exercise of their services. More specifically, the treatment is necessary for the execution of contracts (stays) in which the interested parties (guests) are involved, for carrying out the associated pre-contractual procedures (reservations) and for the treatment to fulfill the tax obligations to which the Company is the subject. Browsing data does not persist for more than seven days and is deleted immediately after its aggregation (except in the case of the need to verify criminal offenses by the judicial authorities).

The data provided is transmitted for the sole purpose of allowing the sending of the Newsletter and any further advertising information (sent by e-mail, post, SMS or phone call), as well as for the management and updating of the data provided, to third-party companies and to the newsletter service manager, for these purposes.
